Our journey as property owners in Tulum has been a blend of love for this incredible place and, unfortunately, experiences with property management companies that fell short of our expectations.

Gabriella Pavon

  • Meet Gaby, property manager with a focus on business management, consulting, and market analytics. With a background in intellectual property law, Gaby brings expertise in marketing and business development.

    Her extensive career includes serving as CEO of Distroller, a leading toy and licensing company in 17 countries.

    Prior to that, she spearheaded the opening of 43 stores across multiple countries as Head of International Operations. Gaby also held roles at Mattel as Director of Marketing for Latin America, overseeing all brands for girls categories.

    Gaby is a results-oriented executive with over 15 years of managerial experience.

    She excels in licensing, consumer experiences, marketing, product, brand positioning and business development. Recognized for her ability to innovate and negotiate, Gaby is known for creating strategic partnerships and solving complex problems. She is a leader who thrives in dynamic environments, committed to delivering tangible results and driving meaningful change.

Marius Seeberger

  • Meet Marius, Responsible for business management, revenue optimization and guest experiences. With a bachelor's degree in economics + over 10 years of hands-on experience in hospitality and events,

    Marius brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to ensure that your experience with Mango Property Management exceeds your expectations. His journey in the hospitality industry has been diverse and exiting. As a project manager for a renowned event agency, developing skills in organization, attention to detail, and seamless execution. Transitioning to the luxury hotel sector, he served as an F&B manager in Munich's finest establishments.

    Cultivating high-quality standards and refined his skills in being a professional host. Marius's heart brims with a love for hosting, which is the driving force behind Mango Property Management.
